1. Tensile fracture strength: High strength type 8000-10000N/5cm; Ordinary type 6000-8000N/5 cm

3. Breathability (filtration performance): 1000-1200 mm/S (200Pa)

4. Acid and alkali resistance: 411 (pulp that meets pH changes within this range)

How to Choose Fiber Cement Board Felt

2.Common width range: 1.2-2.5m (maximum width can be made up to 6 meters); Common length range: 8.0-50m (maximum width can be manufactured up to 100 meters in length); Common single weight range: 1400-1700g/m2 (minimum single weight 600g/m2, maximum single weight 2000g/m2)

How to Maintain The Fiber Cement Board Felt

1. During the return journey of completing the felt, the use of flushing water and cleaning vacuum boxes plays an important role in restoring the functionality of the felt.(Complete and reasonable flushing and vacuum equipment)

A. It is advisable for high-pressure moveable needle shaped water (15-25KN) installed on the inner side of the felt to penetrate the felt and display water protrusions on the surface layer.

B. High pressure moveable needle shaped water installed on the surface of the felt, with the water needle facing the felt at a 15 degree angle to wedge out impurities.

C. Fan shaped water is used to cover the closed felt surface, which improves the vacuum degree and lubrication.

D. The vacuum box is crucial for cleaning impurities and adhesions inside and on the surface of the felt. In any case, installing flushing water and a vacuum box are necessary choices for restoring the functionality of the felt during the return run of a production line.

2. The felt should be prevented from sticking and staining with oil during the production process. It is important to soak the felt evenly with clean water before the machine runs empty to ensure even water filtration during the production process.

3. Avoid turning on the felt in dry conditions to prevent damage.

The poor condition of the vacuum box cover can cause significant harm:

A、 The sharp edges or burrs of the new panel can scratch the felt, causing it to fall off and be damaged.

B、 Long term use of concave panels can increase the friction coefficient of the felt during operation, which can increase the electrical load on the machine in mild cases and cause damage or breakage in severe cases.

5. After the felt is shut down for several hours due to insufficient cleaning or sudden equipment failure, the felt will solidify and harden inside due to cement, causing cracks and resulting in the felt being scrapped or broken when it is restarted.
