Flow on machine felt is specially customized for asbestos free fiber cement board, calcium silicate board, and cement tile production lines, with 100% nylon multi-layer monofilament base fabric and high toughness short fiber needle punched structure, super alkali resistance, high wear resistance, high pressure resistance, fast water filtration, stable size, and no felt marks left.

It’s perfectly adapted to the flow on fiber cement board machine, it greatly improves the uniformity of wet board forming, dehydration efficiency, and production stability, extends the service life, and reduces downtime replacement costs. It is the core consumable for continuous production of cement boards.
