Fiber Cement Board Felt

A heavy-duty industrial forming/pressing/conveying felt designed specifically for the production of fiber cement boards, calcium silicate boards, cement tiles, and asbestos tiles (asbestos free), compatible with Hatschek and Flow on production lines. Its core functions include water filtration dehydration, forming support, high-pressure conveying, abrasion and alkali resistance, and it belongs to industrial water filtration/pressing fabrics.

Function of Fiber Cement Board Felt

1. Forming water filtration: At the cylinder mould or headbox, quickly filter out free water in the fiber cement slurry to form a uniform wet slab, without running slurry or collapsing edges.

2. High pressure pressing and dewatering: withstand roll pressing/vacuum dewatering, further reduce the moisture content of wet board, and improve the compactness, strength, and flatness of the slab.

3. Continuous conveying support: carrying heavy wet board, stable operation, no deviation, continuous carrying, no crushing, and no felt marks left.
